As travel becomes more and more affordable, of course more and more people are traveling. This site contains info for both the seasoned road warrior and those just heading out for the long anticipated family vacation. In today's society, you can never have too much information. A good portion of this site is devoted to travel safety. Sadly, I have seen first hand what can go wrong with a vacation. But a little advance planning can help you avoid the major pitfalls of travel. So settle back and get ready for a completely different perspective on travel.

To help you plan your vacation, I've collected an extensive collection of resources for all types of travelers. Whether you are traveling by air, car, or rail, there's something for everyone.

I have several varied interests. I love to travel. Hopefully, someday in the near future, I would like to travel full time in an RV to explore the United States. Until this becomes a reality, I do try to get away as much as possible. I have extensive experience in the hospitality industry. I have managed a travel agency, a car rental agency, and have even worked as a dispatcher for a taxi/shuttle company. Currently, I am the Front Office Manager for a top rated hotel in Orlando. If I can't get up and go myself, at least I get to meet a variety of people from all over and experience a little bit of their world from time to time.

As a native of Orlando and being heavily involved in the hospitality industry, I have a wealth of information and knowledge about Orlando, the Vacation Capital of the World. In case you were wondering where the strange title comes from, my nickname is Puds' Mom. What is a P.u.d.s.? Puds is my 7-year old domestic shorthaired cat. He adopted me almost 7 years ago and has been running things ever since.
